Ice Pearl Holdings LLC (IPH) was established in 2021 as a parent company for the businesses and brands created by founder Elizabeth “Liz” Salas throughout her entrepreneurial journey. As a holdings company, IPH provides structure, organization, and streamlined management across its portfolio, making growth and business transactions simple and efficient.

Founded in 2019, Cayena Capital Management is a fee-only, fiduciary, independent Registered Investment Adviser based in Weare, NH.
We offer hourly advisory services, comprehensive financial planning, and project-based engagements, always with a commitment to transparency and integrity.

As a minority woman–owned small business, CCM is dedicated to helping clients grow and preserve wealth responsibly. We focus on generational planning—supporting families as they build, protect, and honor their long-term wishes.

Created in 2021, Cayena Econ Lab serves as Liz’s creative and educational space—a sandbox for financial literacy, economic exploration, and community access. CEL provides individuals, families, and households with approachable insights into investing and capital markets through an educational lens.

CEL is also home to Topless Trader, Liz’s podcast where she shares written, audio, and live content exploring money, economics, and everyday life. The Lab continues to evolve through collaborations, special events, and daily office rentals that provide accessible professional space for the local community.

Elizabeth (Liz) Salas is the Manager of Ice Pearl Holdings LLC, President and Chief Compliance Officer of Cayena Capital Management LLC, and the Manager & President of Cayena Econ Lab LLC. Since May 2023, she has also served as a business advisor and underwriter with the Regional Economic Development Center (REDC) in Raymond, NH.

Liz began her financial services career in 2004 with Fidelity Investments and has since held roles at TD Ameritrade, Charles Schwab, Windhaven Investment Management, and a local independent RIA. Her experience spans relationship management for ultra-high-net-worth clients, research, retirement planning, global trading, portfolio management, and economic analysis.

Throughout her career, Liz has maintained a deep commitment to racial and gender equity within financial services, as well as to socially responsible investing, environmental stewardship, corporate accountability, consumer protection, human rights, and diversity.

A New Hampshire native, Liz holds a B.S. in Business Finance and an M.S. in Applied Economics from Southern New Hampshire University. She has previously held FINRA Series 7, 9, 10, and 63 licenses and currently holds an active Series 65.

Liz also serves her community through a number of leadership roles, including:

  • Executive Trustee & Finance Committee Member, NH PBS, Durham, NH

  • Executive Trustee & Finance and Outreach Committee Member, Society for the Protection of NH Forests, Concord, NH

  • Corporator, New Hampshire Mutual Bancorp (NHMB)

  • Member, Finance Committee and founding Energy Commissioner, Town of Weare, NH

Her global engagements include serving as a U.S. Ambassador to the UK-based Transparency Taskforce, a nonprofit dedicated to eliminating corruption and misconduct in global financial markets. She is also a member of the American Economic Association (AEA) and The Black Economists Network (TBEN).

Liz has been recognized with several honors, including:

  • 2024 Manchester NAACP Social Justice Champion Award

  • 2023 SBA Minority Business of the Year

  • 2020 NH Business Review Outstanding Woman in Business Award

She draws ongoing inspiration from Mechanism Design for Social Good (MD4SG) and participates in its global discussions whenever possible.
